Paul Scanlan is a filmmaker based in San Diego and a retired U.S. Navy Aviation Maintenance Officer with 25 years of service. He brings an uncommon operational discipline to every production, drawing on experience leading departments of 500 people and fleets of 38 aircraft across Pacific deployments. He is the founding producer of Big Gringo Productions.
